Mission
Purpose Investments needed to scale their digital asset production while maintaining strict brand consistency across bilingual markets. The challenge was to bridge the gap between high-fidelity design and operational speed, ensuring that every piece of content—from newsletters to video assets—was both visually premium and operationally efficient.
My Contributions
I served as a bridge between the creative and operations teams. Over a 4-month engagement, I implemented a hybrid workflow that combined high-fidelity design with CMS automation. I managed the end-to-end publishing pipeline for newsletters and blog posts/articles, pioneering a new video content strategy and optimizing the entire bilingual content funnel.
Impact
The hybrid workflow I introduced significantly reduced production bottlenecks, allowing the team to publish content 30% faster while seeing a massive uptick in social engagement.
The Challenge: Scaling Quality
The marketing team was producing high-quality insights, but the translation of these insights into digital assets (emails, social posts, web articles) was a manual, error-prone process. My first task was to audit the existing workflow on HubSpot and Ghost CMS to identify friction points.

Operationalizing Design
I didn't just design assets; I designed the *system* that produces them. I standardized content formatting across platforms, creating a 'design-once, deploy-everywhere' framework. This involved creating modular templates in Figma that mapped directly to CMS structures.

Video Strategy & Execution
Recognizing the shift towards short-form video, I took initiative to produce and edit dynamic video content using Adobe Premiere. These assets were A/B tested against static images, proving that motion content drove significantly higher engagement for financial updates.

Bilingual Deployment
Operating in the Canadian market meant English and French content needed to be perfectly synchronized. I developed a checklist-based protocol for bilingual updates, ensuring that neither speed nor accuracy was compromised during rapid market updates.
